Pallet Deliveries

(**Free Standard Deliveries** on all orders over £300 excluding VAT – T&Cs Apply)

Our PALLET deliveries are provided by third-party carriers – most deliveries use the 17 tonne lorries but smaller vehicles can be used for drops in restricted access locations. Just tell us before dispatch if a smaller vehicle is required. We also need you to confirm that there is access for a 17 tonne delivery vehicle (13m approximate length of vehicle) with a tail-lift and a pallet truck for moving the tiles and that the area being delivered to is a level, flat surface.

^Orders received before 10am shall be dispatched same day, For orders received after 10am will be dispatched the following day. No Dispatch or Deliveries on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Unless agreed otherwise, all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the bottom of the driveway at the nearest and safest point. Please note the driver will not be able to assist you to move the goods from there.  

Deliveries cannot be able to be made on grass or gravel, surface must be flat and solid in order to take the weight of the crates.

If the driver is unable to unload the goods at your property or site, then your  order will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements for delivery at your expense.

Alternative methods of delivery are available upon request.

All orders require a contact telephone number in case the driver has difficulty locating you or you have requested a phone call at least half an hour prior to delivery.

We try our best to ensure you receive your delivery on time, however there may be factors out of our control (particularly in current climate of pandemic and Brexit, where driver and lorry shortages are affecting transport networks) as we rely on national pallet distribution networks (Broken down vehicles, Punctures, Traffic jams, Acts of god etc)

Stones R Us will not take any responsibility any costs involved should trades people be booked and your delivery delayed.

Deliveries take place between 08:30 – 17:00 therefore we recommend NOT to book any contractors until goods are deliverd.

 

Outside UK

We can ship our stones all over the world. Please contact our customer service team for international and EU shipping requirements.

VAT & Duty – Our online prices are inclusive of VAT and Delivery within England and parts of Wales.

Collections –

Collections must be arranged in advance by giving us 24 hours notice. Please note that paving stones are stored in crates which are heavy (750kg-1000kg per crate).

Please ensure you have the appropriate vehicle, if in doubt please ask us.

Unfortunately we will not be able to help with unpacking any crates.
